We conduct our internal and external relationships with respect, valuing both the wisdom of experience and creative new ideas to continually improve, learn and grow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our guiding motto is \u201cnews in pursuit of truth,\u201d and we hold ourselves accountable to principles of honesty, nonpartisanship and impartiality. The courage to question any person or institution is fundamental to earning and holding our readers\u2019 trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We constantly challenge ourselves to develop inclusiveness and belonging in our own organization and to serve the diverse people, groups and places that make up our region. Representative reporting, community listening and targeted outreach are some of the tools we use to create a broad and vital community of news sources and readers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
